how to find a blown top ic number

Hi,

I have daewoo refrigerator main pcb board powered by TOP 24X recently  blown and ic part number is partly visible.

i can read he first two digits only ,finding dificult to choose right part.

pin  L  is connected 2 M resistance and Pin X connected between 8.2 K and 4.1M

i can feel pcb is 12V but no idea about output power.

so please help me to solve this issue
