TNY284PG - Issue of heating of the device

Hi,
I have designed a power supply using TNY284PG.
Input voltage range is 110V to 265VAC and
Output is 5V at 0.3 amps (1.5W)
The design file is attached herewith
What I have observed is that at an ambient of 30 Deg C, with the power supply fully loaded (up to 300mA), the temp of the case of the TNY284PG reaches 70 Deg C.
The input voltage is 230VAC at this juncture
Is the temp of the device on higher side ?
The schematic, layout and design file generated by PI Expert are all attached

Hi Atul Bhakay,
Yes, it does seem that the temperature of the device is on the higher side. Have you been able to check the overall efficiency of your design? I think the PIExpert target of 73% target may be a bit high given your power level and considering that the design has no bias winding. I think anything above 50% should be ok.
