PnP gate driver Board suggestion

Please suggest PnP gate driver board for FF300R07ME4_B11 and FF450R07ME4. The boards should have operating temperature rating from -40 deg. C to +85 Deg. C.

Hi Rohini,

PI does not have completely adapted gate driver for FF300R07ME4_B11 and FF450R07ME4 so far, but 2SP0115T2 family and SCALE-iFlex LT family are suggested for EconoDUAL™ 3 package, and both of them needs to be adapted by yourself via some tests.

2SP0115T2 family is recommended for single operation.
SCALE-iFlex LT family is recommended for paralleling.
