InnoSwitch3-EP ファミリーのデバイスは、入力過電圧保護、入力低電圧保護、出力過電流制限、過熱シャットダウン機能を含む複数の保護機能を内蔵しています。デバイスは、家電製品、サーバーの待機電源、産業用、ユーティリティ メーター、スマート グリッド、ソーラー インバータ、スマート照明などのアプリケーションに必要なラッチ タイプとオートリスタートの動作の一般的な組み合わせをサポートします。
