InnoSwitch3-PD は、一次側スイッチとコントローラ、絶縁フィードバック、二次側制御、USB-PD コントローラをワンチップに内蔵し、USB-PD 電源の開発と製造を劇的に簡素化します。

アーキテクチャにはこれまでにないインダクティブ カップリング フィードバック スキームである Fluxlink を採用し、出力電圧と出力電流を高精度にダイレクトセンス及び伝送を行い、安全で信頼性の高い、低コストな手段を提供します。InnoSwitch3-PD の一次側コントローラは、可変周波数と可変電流の両方の制御方式を使用して連続動作モード (CCM) で動作する機能を備えた疑似共振 (QR) フライバック コントローラです。InnoSwitch3-PD 二次側コントローラは、一次側コントローラと磁気結合した送信回路、電源パラメータとテレメトリ機能を制御する I2C インターフェイス、4.4 V レギュレータ、SR FET ドライバ、QR モード回路、発振器とタイミング回路、及び内蔵保護機能のホストで構成されます。
