LNK416 design Issue

Hi,

I am facing flickering problem in my 20W LED driver (LNK 416 design) & found that IC it self not switching properly.

reason for this is not properly found.

Please provide more details about the problem such as sharing the schematic, test condition, IC behavior (why did you say it is not switching properly?)
