design high power whit tny

hi
i want to design a high power switching reg
and prefer to use this family ic
can i use that ????
for example use that just for produce pwm and then use a gate driver
which other ic can i use for this purpos (whitout vcc)
plz help me

There in no enough information about your design specs to determine if it works for you or not. the datasheet includes design examples so you can check it.
TOP switch family also does not require Vcc.
