offshore wave energy converter

Dear sir,
I am doing my master's thesis at Uppsala University. the project is about an offshore wave energy converter in Sweden. To transmit the power from WEC we need three different converters which I would like to know if you produce those components with the same specification as we need? , please mention the price and the approximate size and weight, and dimension of the components :
1- AC/DC rectifier, input voltage 690VAC RMS, and input power 1.25MW and output voltage of 1000VDC. the type of rectifier we are looking for is a passive rectifier and it will be in a submarine wave energy converter which is around 60m beneath the water.

2-DC/DC Converter( full bridge or single active bridge converter ) with an input voltage of 1000VDC and output voltage of 17~20KVDC with an input power of 1.25MW. The location of this converter is almost the same as the first converter.
3-DC/AC inverter with an input voltage of 17~20KVDC and output of 11KVAC. this inverter must be 2 level voltage source inverter or 3 level voltage source inverter. it is located onshore substation...
our total WECs number is 16 so if you want to give any discount for purchasing especial number please consider 16 items of every component.

also if you produce the semiconductor components, besides the complete power electronic module, I would like to know the price and size, and other technical characteristics of the rectifier diode with a voltage range of 4~5KVDC and current of 73A. Also IGBT module with 1000VDC and 1.25KA. these elements supposed to be used in a full-bridge DC/DC rectifier and are located in WEC under sea level (the same condition described in the first part of the email)
Please let me know if any further information you need to estimate the costs
