We have being asked by one of our client to replace their existing IGBT controller with new type as the controllers they have are obsolete and the company which has manufactured them seems to be not existing any more.. The client is using for the IGBTs one of your gate drivers the 1SD536F2 series.

The problem we have is the fiber optic signals and the communication between the controller (Drive) and gate driver. We would like to get the information about it, like what signal is sent to the gate driver; we expecting the only PWM pulses but need to know it for sure, secondly the status signal coming from the gate driver, what we understand is that with every received pulse there is a status pulse transmitted back to the controller and we are expecting that the Status is normally "High" and drops for a specific period of time as confirmation. There is also possibility of the fault data to be transmitted to the Controller via the same link, of which we have no idea at present

If you could send us what king of information is transmitted to the Gate driver and back we would highly appreciate
