Do you have the simulation model for 2SC0106T2A1-12?
I'm working on a thermal analysis project involving the 2SC0106T2A1-12 driver module and would like to simulate its heat dissipation characteristics under various operating conditions.

PI doesn't have the simulation model.
You can do calculation using linear conversion or perform actual testing based on the data from datasheet.
