Clarification on Removing Vce Monitoring in 2SC0535T2G0-33 IGBT Driver

Hi,
The datasheet for the 2SC0535T2G0-33 dual-channel IGBT driver indicates that the resistor between REF2 and VE2 determines the overcurrent threshold, with a constant current of 150 μA provided at REFx (schematic attached).
In our application, we aim to prevent individual drivers from turning off during an arc event, as this would shift their load onto the remaining drivers. To achieve this, we decided to disable the Vce monitoring.
Would removing Rth2, disconnecting REF2 and VE2, and leaving REF2 floating cause any issues in operation?
Thanks for your insights!

Dear Mikeh
In order to disable the Vce monitoring feature, please procced with following
1 keep the Rthx as it is
2 connect VCEx pin and COMx pin by a 1K resistor.
you can find detailed instruction in our AN-1101, page 20
