Innoswitch INN3167 EMI and slew rate control

Hi colleagues,
Have some troubles with INN3167 PSU EMI. Device is quite compact and sensitive, have an RF part. Previously I controlled this (subj), using external switch with gate resistors. But INN switch is internal and very fast to increase efficiency.
Is it a good idea to use a ferrite bead in series with BPP (widely used for the bootstrap drivers slew rate control)? Like 35 Ohm@100MHz ?

Hi Viktor,
Thanks for posting in the forum. The gate driver and controllers are internal to the device and adding a ferrite bead won't help.
If you are trying to resolve EMI, please ensure our proper layout guidelines are followed. Please refer page 29 of our design guide for layout considerations: AN-72 - InnoSwitch3 Family Design Guide | Power Integrations
Moreover, you can see our recommendations on page 34 on how to reduce EMI emissions. Thank you.
