SPICE Model for TOPSwitch TOP245YN
Hi experts,
I would appreciate it if you could provide the SPICE model for the TOP245YN device. I’m currently working on a power supply board that uses this component, and the board is exhibiting some issues that I believe could be better understood and addressed through simulation.

Since I'm unable to design a new PCB to use a different device (this is also an old board), I would appreciate it if you could suggest any device that is pin-compatible and functionally similar to the TOP245YN, and that has available simulation models.

Unfortunately, we do not have any pin-to-pin replacement for TOP245YN.

We are sorry to hear you have some issues. Topswitch-GX is already an old device and we do not have any simulation models for this device. We also pulled out the PI expert for this product so the support will only be limited.
