Please give part number for gap pad for innoswitch design?

For the gap pad, we do not have information about it right now but, you may use any thermal conduction gap pad.  I will need to confirm this first with the team who created the DER, this may take time.

The thermal gap pad is just a spare in our lab which unfortunately we no longer have information about it. The purpose of the pad is just to demonstrate the effect of the heatspread to the board. According to them, it is up to the designer what thermal gap pad they will use.  For choosing thermal pad, please see link for reference.
