LNK3202 for HV Buck but with reduced bootstrap capacitor?

Hi,
My company are using LNK3202 as a HV Buck. UK Mains down to 12V.
They have accidentally put C3 (below on page 5) as 220nF MLCC instead of a 10uF electrolytic.
They have shipped many products like this by accident.
What could be the possible effects?

Hi Treez,
Thank you for your continued support of Power Integrations' solutions.
On page 5 of the datasheet, C3 is referenced as the feedback capacitor, which works to provide a "sample and hold" function, as described on page 6 of the device datasheet. The recommended value for this feedback capacitor is between 10 µF and 22 µF. Using smaller values may result in poor output voltage regulation.
