INN3164C-H10 - Creepage for IEC 60601-1 standard?

Hi,
We have already tested the INN3164C-H10 in a Flyback design with the following specifications:
- 430V max. DC input voltage
- 5V/2A output
- n=10 (Npri/Nsec) - Transformer's turns ratio
According to the datasheet's page 30, the maximum RMS working isolation voltage is 460Vrms and the creepage is 11.4mm. However, we need to comply with the IEC 60601-1 standard (see attached table). That means that this controller is not really suitable for us, right? If so, is there any product in your portfolio that could fulfil these requirements?
Thank you for your time and we're looking forward to your answer.
Best regards,
Nono

Hi JuanASerrano,
In your application, if your working voltage is above 400Vrms, then our ICs does not comply with the >12mm IEC 60601-1 standard.
Regarding the Vrms in the datasheet, it is just a computed value which derived from a 650Vpeak (drain-source voltage). This means that the 460Vrms is not the maximum value of primary and secondary isolation. It is best to measure the actual working voltage between the isolation points during the actual operation.
Is your requirements needed >12mm? If this the case, unfortunately, we do not have other ICs that could meet this.
