Problems with INN3165C

Posted by: Nujiy on

Hi Experts,

Could you please explain what this means? Is Ton plus Toff equal to one cycle? For example, if one cycle is 30 µs and Ton is 20 µs, then is Toff equal to 10 µs?"

Hi Nujiy,

Good day! Thank you for your interest in using our devices.

You are right. The sum of the on time (t_ON) and off time (t_OFF) is one switching cycle (T).  The OSCILLATOR/TIMERS block sets the timing for the switching of the primary controller.

If you have other concerns, please do not hesitate to reply to this thread.

Kind Regards,

PI-Zoe

Thank you for the response. There is one thing I don't understand.Whatis the purpose of this drive? Is it to enhance the output signal of this NAND Gate?

Thanks!

Hi Nujiy,

The purpose of the buffer is to amplify the voltage to VBPP. This is to ensure that sufficient voltage will be supplied to the gate of the power MOSFET.

I am hoping that this answers your inquiry.

Have a great day ahead!

Kind Regards,

PI-Zoe

Hi Nujiy,

You are right. The Is is detected and compared to the VILIM. However, we cannot disclose how these values are generated because this control is proprietary.

I am hoping that this helps.

Thank you.
