Power Cord Resonance

I have an old Power Integrations Databook from 1993 with Design Aid DA-4, "EMI Filter Design for tthe PWR-SMP Fmaily"
In it there is a section about "Power Cord Resonance" which echos my experience with conducted EMI conundrums.
However, that book is the only source I have for this and I can't find any other source for it.
Can anyone point me in the direction of other sources for this info?

The databook is from 1993. I'm searching if we have still copy of that book, but I cannot find it our database.

I'm assuming during those time computer soft copies are not that kind of available and things are hardcopy.

It is also in the 1996/1997 book in Application Note AN-15.

Just to be clear, I'm not looking for other copies (electronic or physical) of the PowerIntergrations Apllication note or Design Aid.
I'm looking for the original source of this information, a paper showing how it was calculated or estimated or measured etc.

At the moment it is just an anecdote in an out-of-print book, very interesting but with no real substance.
