Hello, I am recently designing a circuit with INN3165C chip. I downloaded the Simplis model of your chip, but I can't look inside the chip. Is it convenient to provide the Simplis model inside this series of chips?

Hi Nujiy,
That is the gate of the InnoSwitch. This gate is internally connected by a circuit from primary controller which controls the switching (On/Off) of the IC depending on the signal coming from the secondary controller.

Our Simplis intended only to check the behavior our device in an overall system. The internal circuitry is Power Integrations proprietary it is not publicly available.
