I was wondering if PI has any replacement reference design, app note, or whatever, that replaces the RDK-203. I have already researched other options, discrete design, etc. But because PI provides tools that could streamline the process, especially for the transformers required in the design, I wanted to consider it.

Is there any way to get all the materials pertaining to the RDK-203, including details on the design of the transformers involved in this design?
The product (PeakSwitch used in RDK-203) is not manufactured any more, so the associated information for RDK-203 may not be of much use.
The product used in the RDK-203 is not supported any more. For the output power you are considering, the only combination that might possibly work would be a PFC front end utilizing the high-line only version of the PFS-3, along with an LLC DC-DC stage utilizing the LCS-2. I don't think we have any available product that would support a PFC stage of that power level for universal input range.
