LNK3209 max power

Hi,
We need an SMPS (non isolated Buck), which can deliver 24V from 100-265VAC.
We need it somewhere between 8W and 24W. (As near to 24W as possible).
How much power can we get with LNK3209?
We would have blown over over the HV Buck components. This is air from external ambient of 40degc max.

the maximum output current that the LNK3209 can achieve is 1000mA during Continuous conduction mode, and 600mA during Mostly continuous conduction mode.
it performed well with ambient temperature 40degc.
