I thing this chip is produced from .Power Integration Company , but do not found descriptin for them ?
I found them in power adapter model: MDY-10-EF when I repair this charger.

This looks like an Innoswitch variant - the proper P/N is SC1548C - PI doesn't use an SG prefix.. I would suggest contacting PI customer service regarding this part. It may be difficult to obtain, since access might be limited to high volume customers.
