TNY280PN 24VAC input -> 5V 1.5A Output

Hi I have TNY280PN schematic(input 24VAC -> 5V 0.5A).

And I want to increase output current (5V 1.5A)

I should use TNY280 cause I have stock

Is there any usefull tool or document for design?

I already tried that tool but when I use that the tool said Design Fail cause min VIN is too low
