HI,
The power supply(12v,5a/10a) is working but there is a voltage problem. When no load is connected, voltage becomes 1v above and when load is connected it goes to normal value. Please guide me and tell reason for this behaviour.
Thanks

Hello Rejith,
A voltage drop when fully loaded when compared to no load conditions is a normal occurrence that happens in electronic circuits. That being said, a 1V drop seems too large.
How are you measuring the voltage value? Are you reading it from an E-load or a multimeter?
One possible cause of the drop is the length of the cable between your load and the converter. Using 10A as the full load, if the total resistance of your cable is 0.1 Ohms or more then the voltage measured on the load side will be at least 1V less than the actual voltage being provided by the converter. To get accurate voltage readings from the converter, I would suggest using a multimeter and connecting/probing it directly to the circuit board's output.
