Output voltage problem and flikring

Sir

we are not unable to get 24V,insted of 24V we are getting 29 V,and in some board smps is flikring.when connecting load on 24V tapping both 24v and 5v voltage will drop.pls suggest how we can improve.

Hi, may I ask for the loading conditions you've implemented on your outputs? Also, can you please provide clear screenshot of your schematic diagram?
