Hi sir shahrukh here i have design PCB using SC1161K2 but at output side i am not getting constant 5V.It showing 3.9 to 4.0 at output ..
i am attaching schematic and PCB file for your reference.
Transformer datasheet also .

May I know what specific IC you are using? SC1161K2 is not in my database as of the moment. If this is a SCALE-2 Driver related, you may contact directly igbt-driver.support@power.com.
