Can you provide the schematic and input/output specifications of your design? We'll be able to better help you if you can upload these.
In the absence of the schematic, can you check if you have a feedforward capacitor in the voltage feedback network. The capacitor is placed in parallel with the upper resistor of the output voltage feedback divider. A 1 nF capacitor can be a good starting point. If this does not improve the performance of the unit, we'll look at the schematic.
