LNK3206 5V output design, and temperature issue with LNK3206

Hi
I designed 5V output with LNK3206
I use 2-bridge-diode before LNK3206, but I found temperature issue on LNK3206.
LNK3206`s temperature getting high so after then I can`t touch LNK3206 because of high temperature.
I use 100V input , so how can I solve this problem?

Design 5V output. I need 5V/500mA output. And I can`t control switching frequency.

Hi Hyunying Choi,
What's the output power you are designing? You may increase the heatsink on the LNK to reduce the temperature. You may want to optimize the switching frequency versus the RMS current at 100V input in your design to lower also the temperature of LNK3206.
