Nonisolated smps design for 50V to 600V

I am working on project for which I need non isolated power supply ranging from 50 -500V AC and operating frequency 50 hz and 60 hz.
Please suggest suitable design .

It is going to be used as power supply , but I want compact and low cost design

voltage range :50 to 500V
current :150mA
