How can I model StackFET design DER-58 in PI Export
DER-58 appears to be designed in PI Export but don't see any StackFET selections in PI Export.
Comments
Yes. We are using DER-58 with a EEL-16 transformer described in DI-124. Is there a newer or better model? Is there a PI Export model for StackFET?
Dear Karmen,
Just to clarify, do you want to use a FET in lieu of the secondary diode?
If so, we have a new product that may be used in a utility meter:

As it is, PIExpert does not support STACK_FET.

Thorin
Both DER-58 and DI-124 use FETs and a LNK304 in a LinkSwitch-TN design for 580VAC. Your link is not a 580VAC design.
I am using PIXIs Designer for the transformer design. DER-58, DI-124 and PIXIs Designer all call out for a different transformer.
Dear Karmen,
Please clarify your question as to what you mean by Stack Fet.
All of their secondary rectifiers are diodes.
If you may, kindly send us the spreadsheets you have made so that I may help you.
regards,
Thorin

Dear Karmen,
I believe the newer document between the two is the DI124.
May I know what help do you need?
Is it just the transformer core selection that you need?
Thanks,
Thorin

Dear Karmen,
Thank you for choosing Power Integrations.
Just wanted to clarify what DER were your referring to as DER 58 uses LNK304, an old IC already.
