Suitable cutoff circuit for TNY268PN

I am looking for cutoff circuit at 90VAC for TNY268PN.
The SMPS should work from 90 V to 270VAC.
Below 90VAC the smps should not work.
As my circuit works from 30VAC to 270VAC.

Yes converter is still working even at 30VAC.

Do you have a complete schematic of your circuit? We suppose your inquiry is about the minimum operating voltage of the TNY268PN. Do you mean that your converter is still working even at 30VAC?
