Power supply only with the live wire.
Hello,
For a new project i need to generate 5Vdc from a 230Vac ( or universal 90..260 Vac ) supply with only the live wire and no neutral.
The module will be powered by the Live and the load wire as you see in this example below.
live Module load Neutral
[ ----| power and command module |----( load )-----]
I Load : 5A Max ( 1000W )

Hi Sami,
The load is a 1000W lamp that is in series with the "N" input of the power supply right? The 5V output of the power supply will provide input to the electronic circuit.
If the switch turns on this will short out the input of the power supply hence turning it off?
Can you explain how that configuration will work? What is your requirement?
