INN2605K OUTPUT 24V

Posted by: Marcelo Sparca on

Friends,

I am designing a power suply with INN2605K, OUTPUT 24V x 20W.

I need to know about the VOUT PIN.

Can I connect this PIN directly to output voltage (24V)?

The especification is 15V to this PIN (Vout). Will I need a resistor divider?

Hi Marcelo,

Resistor divider will be lossy. We recommend to use a zener diode instead to clamp the voltage at the Vo pin at 15 V.

I made my project as ACDC.JPG, but output does not work.

Can you help me please?

Hi Marcelo,

Could you please elaborate by what do you mean that output does not work? It would be very helpful if you could capture the waveforms of Vo, BPS, BPP and Idrain. I would like to know if it is doing auto-restart or not starting at all and are the BPP and BPS capacitors charging or not. Also if could measure how much current is being puhed in to the V pin then that would be helpful.

Hi PI-AP
My transformer was wrong. I replace my transformer and my power supply worked!
Sorry for late answer!

Now I need to resolve another problem. Transformer noise.

Thank you very much

Hi Marcelo Sparca,

Thank you for your question!

For the transformer noise, is it varnished? Try varnishing the transformer.

Interestingly. What kind of transformer did you set up to make everything work. Thanks...
