DPA425GN Problem

Hi,
I am using various types of PI products like TOP253, TNY280. Now i made a design with DPA425GN. But not works properly. 5V output no load operation has 1.3V ripple voltage. And when i connect 100mA load, voltage dropping down to zero. When i analyze 5V output voltage on osilloscope, switching period looks 100ms. I attached PI expert file. I controlled all the components, transformer inductance, everything looks fine. Input voltage 30VDC. What am i missing.

With the symptoms you have (5V output no load operation has 1.3V ripple voltage. And when i connect 100mA load, voltage dropping down to zero.) Kindly check properly on the start and finish of each winding. Be mindful of the termination of the start and finish of each winding of your transformer as indicated on your schematic diagram.

Thanks for your support. I checked windings of transformer before, everything looks good. But i will recheck them today.
