Current Limit Related question

Hi..
I generated a 12V 3A design using top256YN. My design file is attached here with.
As per the datasheet the maximum Internal current limit of TOP256YN is 2.729A. And by an external resistor I can control 30% to 100%. If the 100% limit is 2.729A how Pi expert generating 3A design with it.
I am confused, please describe.

Thank you very much for using Power Integrations product particularly the TOP256YN. As for your inquiry indeed the maximum DRAIN current limit is 2.729A.This means that the maximum current limit being referred to is with respect to the primary side of the converter particularly on the DRAIN of the MOSFET. The 3A being referred to in the PI Expert sheet is with regards to the main output load current which is not the current limit but the maximum load. This 3A load current on the secondary side of the transformer. Such can vary depending on the turns ratio but still the primary current limit will not change based on the desired value.
