RDR382 - Kit don´t work properly

I just buyed an RDR382 kit and connected a 150W led lamp, configured for Vout=42V and Iout=3A (or more)
I measured the following: Vout=63V - Iout=3,12A
How I can modify Vout? What is wrong in this kit?

Which components are involved in this feedback chain?
R43 and R25
if you want to debug the board, normally voltage feedback chain is control the Vo.
YOu can send the bad unit back to PI and order a new one.
