3-phase wide input range power supply based on DI124 note

Posted by: chirag.chauhan on

I have refered DI124 design note and want to design power supply similar to this design(but with different output voltage/current) using PI expert.

But, PIEXPERT option does not highlight when I select Linkswitch-TN / flyback option from the new design list.

Is there any provision to select topology first instead of switch/controller?

"I have refered DI124 design note and want to design power supply similar to this design(but with different output voltage/current) using PI expert."

Does this mean that you want to design using a different PI-Device?

"But, PIEXPERT option does not highlight when I select Linkswitch-TN / flyback option from the new design list.

Currently, PIExpert supports only the flyback topology and there is no provision to select the toplogy first and then the controller. I would recommend using PIXls to find what you are looking for.

My requirement is dual output i.e. +15V(0.4 amps) and -15V (0.4 amps). 3-phase input 100Vac to 560 Vac.

Can you suggest me PI-device along with design note? Thank you

I would recomend using TopSwitch-JX. Create a TopSwitch-JX dual-output design using PIExpert and then refer to DI-124 to implement the 3-phase wide input range circuit.
