TNY-268 Noise

I'm using the TNY-268 and experiencing high conducted emissions which is causing failed CE testing.

Is there someone who can take a look at the schematic and see if you can find somethign to help? Many things have been tried but the noise is still an issue. This project needs to hit production soon.

Input V= 208 – 600 Vrms

Input f = 45 – 70 Hz

Output V = 12 VDC

I have issue of TNY268 get burst in my SMPS( 20E resistor and 22uF capacitor also failed)

Can anyone help me to resolve the burst issue.

Hi,

They could have got damaged because of line surge. Do you know if any other devices has got damaged.
