PIXLs or PI Expert file for RDR-399

I would recommend creating a new PIExpert/PIXls file for the TinySwitch-4 (As in RD-399). The transformer design spreadsheet is available on pg.14 of the RD399 document, which can be used as a reference to create your new design.

Is there anyway I could get the design file for  RDR-399 in either the PIXLs Designer or PI Expert.

I would like to make some small changes to the reference design and would like an easy starting point.
