Hi Akhil,

110mA 3V, you can approach CREE for LED samples.

Please contact Bourns, Renco, TDK, Pulse Eng, etc. for magnetic support. You can ask them for custom designs but try to use standard inductor first for cost effective design.

Congratulations for your first product! Feel free to contact us or our sales department in your area.

Hi,

The LED is good, make sure you have a good design of heatsink to dissipate the heat.

Yes we have used standards inductor in some design.  Please see attached:

 http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/rdr378.pdf

http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/der384.pdf

http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/der387.pdf

Follow the spreadsheet to calculate for the correct inductance.  Send it to us if you have some doubt in your calculation.

Again, make sure you have a good way to dissipate the heat of the LED.  Based on our customer support experience, normally  the mechanical design for LED heatsink is not sufficient.  Make sure to conduct thermal test on your final assembly to determine the ambient operating temperature of the LED driver.

sir i have gone throuth the attached PDF for 388, 384, 387,. its good to see none of the circuits contains Transformer. Also the inductor value is been specified.

sir can you help by providing the INDCUTOR VALUE and specification for LYT0006.

Thanks for your systematic valuable guidance. No words to tell you are an absolute Guide to follow.
