installetion error

I'm installing IP suit on Windows 8.1 64 bit (PIExpertSuiteSetup64.exe v.9.0.4) using Administrator account. I got mtssage "Error reading setup initialization file". What is wrong?

1. Try downloading PI Expert 9 one more time and install with administrator rights.
2. This error message indicates that installation file is corrupted or user does not have proper permission for installation.
Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message?
