installation problem

I have installed pi software and when I open this software I placed all parameter such I required and at last its show top 6 solution out of total number10 possible combination then I click on ok after that warning show that.....

piexpert Applicationhas has encountered a problem and need to close and the software is close PLZ tell me what is problem

Can you re-installing PIExpert?

I re-installing this software but this problem is not short out. same problem is facing after re- installing

Can you uncheck “Optimize new design” under "Preferences", then create a new design and send us the .uds file (PIExpert file)?

I have sending preference screen shot.

Once you have unchecked 'optimize new designs' under 'preferences', continue to create the design and then save a copy of the new design. This 'saved' design file will have a .uds extension. Can you send this file?
