Hello,we are searching a controller IC for a transformer with Universal input (85-265VAC) and 24V Output with about 15-20W.Do you know something for the WE Midcom 7508116312. Thanks in advance.Regards Christian

No idea what does "WE Midcom 7508116312" mean

But if you need to design a power supply with universal input and 24V output, then you can download PI EXPERT from the below link.       http://www.powerint.com/en/design-support/pi-expert-design-software       This program will help you to implement your design

Thanks for the tip with the software, but i tried it already and don't got the right values for the transformer.

I attached the datasheet of the transformer.

In order to create a power supply design and use the transformer you are indicating, you need to know the number of turns of the primary winding.  This is needed to calculate the flux density of the core.   The data sheet you are showing shows the turn ratio from winding to winding but does not show the number of turns.
