Problem with installation of

Hi everybody,

I've a problem with the installation of PIExpertSuiteSetup64.exe. When I try to run the exe file it gives me the error message

" Error reading setup initialization file"

I work with a Windows7 64 bit. Any idea about the reason of this message? How can I fix it?

Hi.

Have you tried downloading the file again? It may have gotten corrupted.

You can also try to run the installation as administrator (right click on file and choose "run as administrator")

yes, I've tried to download it again but same result. Same result also with "run as administrator"...

Any other idea...?

Try to download the file onto the non-default directory (save as). This sometimes does the trick.

Last resort I could try to send you a cd (we don't really make them anymore, so it would not look very official)...
