Overshoot on TOP261YN

It seem like there was a change on TOP261YN. The Topswitch I used to get had a high overshoot on start on codition but what we get recently does not have the same issue. Was there any changed made on TOP261YN on chip level?

The parts we used to get somehow reacting too slow( about 10ms delay), Is there anyway I can determine the parts we used to get are counterfeit?
You have to confirm that the issue is really caused by the part first. Replace the new part with an old part, and confirm if the issue is really caused by the part. I am not sure how to determine the part is conterfeit or not. But you may have to comapre the performance of the part to the datasheet.

I believe it is caused by your board, not by TOP261YN itself.
