Enable/disable switching button my LNK306 circuit

I can not see your schematic, it is very black

You need to turn down the BYPASS pin to disable the Linkswitch

I attached new schematic according to your comment I connect button BP pin and if press button BP pin is connected to ground. How is tihs design is it ok? 

The switch should be connected from BP to SOURCE pins

Unfortunatetly, LNK306 did not stop switching when press button which is connected between BP and SOURCE pin !!!. I figure out that when I connect button between from BP pin to 100 nf Capacitor, and I used normally closed button, after pressing button capacitor removing from BP pin and it stops switching.

Second problem LNK306 not start switching if I connect output resistor load about100mA and supply circuit directly line (220V AC). If I increase voltage from 50VAC step by step it is working. I assume there is a soft start problem what can I do.

When you do not have voltage from BP pin to SOURCE  (Short circuit),   there is not voltage to bias the internal circuit of the LNK306. The output mosfet is disabled.   I think you are not properly shorting the BP pin to SOURCE.  The shorting should be fast and absolytely  solid short circuit.  Please check your set up.  You can send me a picture of the waveforms  V(BP-SOURCE)  and (SOURCE to RETURN)   I am sure the device should stop switchign when shorting the BP pin to SOURCE
