EMI EMC Compatibilty in design

Hi Pls. help me out to get the good resource or literature to make my design EMI EMC compatible based on LNK 626 for a 8W of adaptor.

The required standards needs to be meet out are as follows based on respective standards.

Pls. help me to bulid up a design to meet out these standards.

RS. Radiated Susceptibility
