Getting Runtime Error

I am getting Runtime error on the latest version 8.6 of PI Expert Suite software. The installation of the software was done successful without any errors. I installed 32bit version. Please suggest the solution.

I started the application and selected the options as given below:

FILE->NEW->

New PI Expert Design Wizard
Design Options - Topology, Family etc.
if proceed with all the default options or after selecting any Product Line and accordingly any options from Family ->Next

New PI Expert Design Wizard window with
Input - AC/DC Input Type AC Defaults
I selected Universal (85-265V) (here also tried with other options) -> Next

New PI Exper Design Wizard
Outputs - Enter Output Voltage, Current and Peak more parameters -> Add ->
Output Voltage 12.0
Current 0.5A
Power - displayed 6.00 -> OK Returned to Outputs Window ->Next

New PI Expert Design Wizard
Design Settings Defaults (kept defaults as it is) ->finish

Optimization
Solutions Filter (did not change any thing, accepted all the options as it is -> OK

OPTIMIZAION IN PROGRESS window

Top 6 solutions out of total number of 597 possible combinations
Tried with different no. of solutions -> Open
After clicking Open button every time I get runtime error. On clicking OK button it close down the application (PI Expert)
