hi,
i am attaching a pdf file schematic of 75 watts converter..25V/3A.. which features soft finish circuit.. what is soft finish circuit?.. how does it help..
and the attached schematic will meet MIL-STD-461E?..

does the attached schematics meets the MIL STD 461E. ?.
You have to study the detail of this particular standard by yourself or consult with the agency where you will get approval or certificate.
Capacitor C14 and other additional components such as D9 and R10 are for soft finish. Soft finish helps our devices to get feedback signal at before soft-start finishes when there is huge output capacitance or heavy load at startup.
