Output voltage is Fluctuating

It is 12v/1A Flyback smps with TOP242.Output voltage is not constant. it is varaing continiously. suggest me to overcome the problem.

one possible reason is the gain of the feedback loop. Is it possible you post your schematic to take a look to your circuit? Thank you

Please see attahced schematic,
Output are not constant.
Please advise why most of the time on I have seen in several desing with differnt packages that output do fluctuate
waht is the common issue that it does.

Hi Saleem

Is your question came from the issue as with banshi or this is a new inquiry?

When you mention several designs, are you referring to those made by Power Integrations? Can you provide a waveform describing the fluctuations of the voltage output? The reason can be from many factors like high input ripple from low input capacitance affecting the output, feedback not properly working, can be high frequency ripple, poor transient response, etc...
